Battery Capacity Tester

MECO offers Battery Capacity Tester, Model 6363, 6390

The Battery Capacity Tester is designed for measuring the internal impedance open-circui voltage of the secondary battery including Nickel-metal hydride battery(NiMH), Nickel-cadmium battery(NiCd), Lithium-ion battery (Li-ion), Alkaline battery and Lead-Acid battery.

It uses AC four-terminal method to measure the internal impedance by eliminating lead impedance and contact impedance to get the accurate results. It can measure resistance from 4mΩ to 400Ω with maximum resolution of 1μΩ. Voltage measured by 6363 is upto 40 V and by 6390 is upto 60V with resolution upto 60 V with resolution upto 10mV. It operates in an environment from 0ºC to 40ºC. Its maximum input voltage is 50 V DC.

Compact, Light weight and consists Dual Display to show the internal impedance and voltage of the battery simultaneously. It has 99 sets of composite comparator function, which can be set at impedance and voltage values to get the reliable detection of battey deterioration. Pin type leads, which can easily contact the battery electrodes, are supplied as standard to get more accurate 4-terminal measurement.

Other features include Memory & Read function, Manual Datalogging(999 Datasets), Online testing without shutting down battery. User interface software is also provided for PC Connection via RS232C Cable.
