What's New at Meco

A new addition to MECO's series of hand-held digital instruments is the MECO 4500 Clamp-On Power and Power Factor Meter. This portable and compact instrument is capable of measuring several electrical parameters in all types of electrical networks i.e. 3Ø4W, 3Ø3W, 1Ø2W and 1Ø3W.

This auto ranging and auto detection instrument is designed to measure in both AC and DC circuits directly upto 2000KW(3Ø)/1200KW(1Ø) without the need to even disconnect the loads. The large high contrast LCD display shows dual parameters at a time ie KW+PF, V+Hz, A+Hz, KVA+KVAR, Phase Indication & Phase Angle.

MECO 4500 Clamp-On Power / Power Factor Meter can measure upto 600V AC, 800V DC, 2000A AC/DC, Power Factor and TRMS values. The flash memory inside this instrument can store upto 4 records of the measured parameters. Over-load indication, data hold facility, 55mm jaw opening are some of the features that add to the convenience and the utility of this instrument.

This compact and lightweight instrument is handy for on-site measurement, energy audit, data recording, Q.C. testing, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the entire plant. Eligible for 100% depreciation as per clause III (3) (iiiB) of rule 5 of Income Tax Rule.
